E-learning

Consultancy: we develop e-learning solutions for clients’ training and development needs, using a blend of traditional face-to-face training and interactive and engaging e-learning. We help people learn quickly, thus increasing their effectiveness in the workplace. At the same time, the organization gets maximum return on investment from their training spend. We recently designed a 6-hour business simulation for 1000 college interns in a 'Big Four' professional services firm in the US, which reduced the face-to-face training, but also increased the interns' motivation to join the firm when they graduate.

Japanese language and culture tuition

Consultancy: we offer Japanese language tuition to business people using our experience Japanese teachers based mainly in the Midlands. Each programme is tailor-made to your requirements. For example, a short-term intensive course will be ideal for those who would like to improve their Japanese communication skills quickly to achieve level 4 of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT). We take a holistic approach to Japanese communication skills by also teaching business manners, cultures, history and geography. For busy business people, we also offer a 'crash' course in Japanese language and Japanese business manners. This crash course can be taken just before a business trip to Japan.

We also provide pure cultural tuition, without language tuition, for European businesspeople who want to improve their business relationships with Japanese businesspeople. Using a experienced bi-lingual Japanese consultants we help companies avoid the pitfalls associated with the unique Japanese business style. We provide one-on-one coaching for key executives, as well as interpretation and telephone helpline services, helping companies win more business with Japan. In addition we conduct market research for UK companies wanting to export to, or source products from, Japan.
